Why Coaching?

Life’s transitions are not only logistical challenges - they are deeply human, emotional journeys.   Whether you are navigating loss, relocation or a shift in identity, these moments can leave you feeling uncertain, untethered, or unsure of what comes next.

I'm Louise Nathan a certified Grief, Loss and Bereavement coach, ICF Business and Life Coach, NLP practitioner and Playing Big facilitator. I support you through life’s transitions — from loss and uncertainty to clarity and new direction

My approach - warm and friendly!

I work with clients through a simple, thoughtful process that reflects the natural stages of transition.

We begin by pausing and making sense of where you are, before exploring what has changed and what matters now.

From there, we gently look forward — identifying possibilities, rebuilding confidence, and creating small, meaningful steps towards what comes next.

This approach creates space for both reflection and forward movement.

I will help you...

Bridge the gulf between feeling and doing, by integrating emotional understanding with

positive action.

In our sessions you will...

Find ways to move forward with confidence amid life's ever evolving landscape in a safe, non judgmental space.

How?  By shifting...

From stress to calm: an opportunity to pause, reflect and redefine. From confusion to clarity: clearing the fog to reveal sharper definition and direction. From fear to possible: replenish emotional bandwidth, reconnect with yourself, your courage, and your conviction.
