How does coaching work?
I offer 1:1 hour long sessions usually on zoom, but it can be in person.
How many sessions will I need?
I recommend an initial block of 3, thereafter sessions are designed around what you want to achieve.
How often should I have a session?
Frequency of sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or completely individualized and adapted to your needs.
What does a coach do?
A coach will help you identify and achieve personal and professional goals. It is a coach's job to help you find clarity and set goals, give you accountability and support, shift your perspectives to provide deeper insight, provide motivation, encouragement and enable you to unblock and find different ways to navigate problems.
Is it like therapy?
No. Coaching is not therapy, mentoring, consulting or advising. Nor does it work miracles. Coaching may explore your past to see what is blocking you, but it is a form of emotional architecture, building strong foundations that allow you to redesign appropriate and pleasing ways of living, working and being.
What are the kind of things people use a coach for?
Returning to work, time management, building confidence, writing a book, balancing demanding careers with personal life and well being, career changes, setting boundaries, relocation, conflict resolution, divorce, running a marathon, preparing for senior roles, managing stress or anxiety, empty nesting, relocation, developing healthier habits, finding life's purpose, have better relationships - nothing is off the table.
